Monsooned Malabar is a way of life.

My original review was removed or lost... But luckily I love this coffee so much that I will write a NEW review. I feel like I singlehandedly prop up the supply of this bean lol. Every day, twice a day, I make a double shot for my macchiato.

I'm going to be brutally honest here... Every other coffee tastes roughly the same with the only meaningful variable being roast. Perhaps this is a limitation of the Bambino. This one is different. It doesn't have the pungent fruit taste of light roasts, and to a lesser degree dark roasts. This tastes more like coffee-flavored chocolate. It's very rich and full-bodied without being "strong".

My request is a medium roast monsooned Malabar. I still want the dark roast but I want to see what the medium will taste like. Just sell me some raw beans and I will throw them in my air fryer.

It’s always roasted fresh !!! India is low acidity, mellow and deep in flavor. We use it for espresso too and it tastes great!! I do not like coffee that clouds my mouth but this coffe, It has great clean aftertaste that I like:)
