Sulawesi coffee is well worth your time. Wonderful bold smooth nonacidic.
So like Sinatra and night voyage, I really like the full body flavor of this coffee. I am one of those that complain to the management when it rotates out and I complain to them every time I walk into the door until it rotates back in again.
I drink Samat as my normal so bold is my normal thing and there’s three coffees that I really really enjoy each one has got a little bit different flavor profile, everyone will talk to you about the notes but quite frankly I’ve never got the notes that they say they have I just know that when I drink my coffee black and I enjoy the flavor and it doesn’t have an acidic taste to it. And I find that it’s flavorful and different than my normal Sumatra than I am excited.

Night Voyage Signature Blend coffee is well worth it
So night voyage signature blend coffee is one of those coffees if you like full body. You can talk about all the different notes that you Miner might not get but what you get is a coffee that’s not acidic that has great flavor. I drink mine black so I drink just the coffee. I never put sugar cream so the flavor that I get is the. the bold strong full flavor that I enjoy also in like Sumatra. The other thing that’s really good about this is that The Roaster provides consistent coffee from roasting to roasting so I can take coffee from one roasting and have it taste the same what is from a different roast roasting.
If you like soft coffee, that doesn’t hold your attention, then go for the light balloons, but this holds your attention without burning without acid, it is full body without ripping at your tongue.
