The Nicaragua beans from Coffee Roaster make, excuse me, a damn fine cup of coffee. If, like myself, you dislike bitter tones and prefer a lightly toasty and aromatic coffee then this particular bean might be what you are looking for.

I bought the Night Voyage Signature Blend (decaf) for a friend. The product description says notes of, "baking cocoa, roasted nuts, brown sugar". My friend had no notes except this: "It is so good".
