Coffee Classes

Curious how a green seed becomes the cup in your hand? Want to taste the difference between a washed Ethiopian and a natural Brazilian? Our classes are hands-on, beginner-friendly, and built for anyone who's ever wondered what makes specialty coffee, well, special.

Coffee 101: Intro to Specialty Coffee & Tasting

~1 hour · 2–8 people · $25 per person

Go behind the scenes at our roastery and taste coffees from around the world. You'll walk through the seed-to-cup journey, learn how processing and roasting shape flavor, and put your palate to the test in a guided tasting. No experience needed — just bring your curiosity and willingness to learn about and drink coffee.

Includes: roastery tour, guided coffee tasting, take-home tasting notes, and a free pour-over coupon.

Private Tastings & Group Events

Looking for something a little more bespoke? We host private cuppings for groups, team-building events, birthdays, and corporate outings. We'll tailor the experience to your group and walk you through coffees we hand-pick for the occasion.

We love sharing our roasting room with local makers. Keep an eye on the calendar above for visits from guest vendors we invite to set up shop for the morning. Vendor goods are sold separately from Coffee Roaster purchases — most accept both cash and card.
