ABOUT THIS COFFEE
This is Huila doing what Huila does best: crisp, sweet, and ridiculously easy to love. ASPROCESCA is a community of specialty-focused growers in Huila, producing a beautifully structured coffee that’s bright and tropical without losing that comforting chocolatey backbone.
Fully washed and dried in solar dryers (crucial in rainy mountain weather), this lot comes in with sparkling orange zest, mango, and a fun cola-like sweetness, plus a cool eucalyptus note and cocoa on the finish. We’d roast this in our light-to-medium lane to keep the citrus/tropical high notes while letting the chocolate depth hang around.
