ABOUT THIS COFFEE
High on the Fraijanes Plateau, just outside Guatemala City, the 26 member farms of the UCCAFE cooperative grow coffee in rich volcanic soil. We take this coffee a little darker, roasting it long enough to build deep, rich sweetness without tipping into smoky or bitter. The result is a smooth, cozy cup of fudge and salted caramel, with enough depth to stand up to cream.
