Grown in the rugged mountains of the Totoró municipality in Colombia’s Cauca region, this coffee comes from a group of smallholder producers working through Banexport, carefully tending Castillo varietal at 1,840–2,095 masl. The cherries are fully washed and dried under solar dryers, preserving clarity and letting the terroir shine. The result is a sweet, clean cup with bright mandarin-orange and plum notes, balanced by a soft chocolate finish — perfect when you want something approachable and expressive in the morning or afternoon.
