ABOUT THIS COFFEE
This lot comes from Brazil’s Mantiqueira de Minas mountains, a region known for producing sweet, balanced coffees with serious “second cup” energy. As a full natural coffee, the cherries dry with the fruit intact—building that rounded body and dessert-like sweetness we can’t stop chasing.
In the cup, think nutty and chocolatey with a smooth, comfort-forward finish. We’re roasting it to keep things syrupy and friendly—perfect for daily drip, a mellow espresso, or a cold brew that tastes like you planned your life better than you did.
