Subscribing and Managing Your Account

Subscribing to a product at The Coffee Roaster is easy! The videos and step by step instructions below will tell you everything you need to know about getting started and managing your Coffee Roaster subscriptions. 

How To Subscribe to a Product

Selecting a subscription product:

  1. Create an account or login.
  2. Click "Subscriptions" in the header menu. 
  3. Select the product(s) you'd like to subscribe to. 
    1. On the product page, click "Subscribe and save 10%" under the product description. 
    2. Choose the subscription frequency
    3. Select any other options that may apply to the product you are subscribing to. 
    4. Click "Add to Cart"
  4. Click "Checkout" by hovering over the cart in the upper right corner.

Checking out:

  1. Double check to make sure you are logged in. 
  2. Click "Ship" for the delivery method.
  3. Fill out your shipping information and click "continue to shipping"
  4. Select your preferred shipping method.
    1. If your zip code is within our local delivery area, a $2 shipping option will be automatically applied.
      1. Local delivery is free if you've spent more than $30.
    2. If you're outside of our local delivery area, select the shipping method and provider you'd like us to use. 
      1. Shipping is free if you've spent more than $60.
  5. Click "continue to payment.
  6. Add a tip if you'd like.
    1. Tips are only applied to your first subscription order, if you'd like to leave on future deliveries, you can use Venmo (@coffeeroasterlnk). 100% of your tips go directly to your delivery driver if you've selected local delivery, or our fulfillment staff if you've selected shipping.
  7. Check the "remember me" box if you'd like us to save your information for future orders.
  8. Check the box acknowledging you are placing a subscription order.
  9. Click "Pay Now"

How To Manage Your Subscriptions

Access and Manage Your Subscriptions

  1. Click "My Account" or login to our website.
  2. In the left menu, click "Manage Subscriptions"
    1. If you are subscribed to a product, you'll now see the products you are subscribed to, if not, a message will appear saying there is no subscription associated with your account. 
  3. Click "Next Charge Date" to change your subscription delivery date.
  4. Click "Delivery Schedule" to change the frequency we deliver your product.
  5. Click "Product" to change your product or swap your product with another product. 
  6. Click "Shipping Address", "Payment Information" or "Email Address" to update or change any of those options. 
  7. If you'd like to cancel your subscription, click "Cancel Subscription" at the bottom of this page. 
  8. Use the top menu to see your upcoming delivery schedule, purchase history, shipping addresses and payment methods.
