A very excellent blend that actually does embody the holidays. Without being cloying, it is sweet without cream and sugar, with tasting notes (for me) of chocolate and raspberry. It's still drinkable any time of day, despite being almost dessert in a glass. I like to brew this one pour-over style, but it tasted great out of my Moccamaster drip machine too. A delicious cup! Nicely done, Coffee Roaster.
