This, to me, is the perfect coffee, with too high a temptation to make it a daily drinker. It is the nearly perfect medium roast, with all the flavor one would expect from darker roasts, with all of the "zing" of a lighter roast. This is one of the greatest conflicts in my life; promote this coffee and share it with the world, or greedily keep it to myself.

Best of many profiles of coffee. If you like chocolate, caramel with a hint of smoke aftertaste for coffee this one is for you.

Everything in this shop is amazing and the service is always top notch, friendly and very knowledgeable about coffee and tea profiles for your taste preferences. And in house made local chocolate and goods. Very good merchandise!
