This Ethiopia Guji Grade 3 Natural is all about cozy sweetness with a juicy edge. Naturals are dried in the fruit, which can bring out berry-like notes, and in this lot, that fruit lands in a super approachable way: think berries and cream rather than neon fruit punch.
We’re roasting it to spotlight the milk chocolate foundation and keep the cup silky and round. The result is a creamy, chocolate-forward coffee with a soft berry pop and a smooth, sweet finish, equally happy as a weekday comfort cup or a “wait…what is that?” pour over for friends.
