Our goal is to get your coffee and products to you as fast as possible, so products are usually shipped within 24 hours or your order being placed.
Orders placed before 11AM on any day will be shipped same day. Orders placed after 11AM will be shipped the following day (this is due to USPS pickup times).
To return a product, please read more on our "Refund Policies" and mail your product to 5022 Old Cheney Rd.
We are not responsible for packages lost in the mail, or delayed due to USPS. If this occurs, please contact us at email@example.com and we will help you to the best of our abilities.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs, which are calculated at the checkout! Our goal is to not make, or lose money on shipping, and charge you exactly what we pay for the service. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
