Through it all, we’ve stayed true to what matters: taking coffee seriously, but never making it feel too serious for you to enjoy.
The Coffee Roaster isn’t just where beans get roasted — it’s where people discover coffee in new ways. From our Sniffer Wall (yes, it’s exactly what it sounds like) to our precision-brewed Poursteady pour overs, our roastery is built for exploration. Whether you’re stopping in for the first time or returning for your favorite bag, we want every visit to feel like a chance to learn something new.
We use a Sivetz SRM15, a fluid-bed roaster that moves beans on a stream of hot air instead of tumbling them in a drum. It’s a different approach that gives us an even, consistent roast and lets the natural flavors of the coffee come through — delicate, rich, complex, and always delicious.
We roast only specialty-grade coffees — the top of the crop. Some come from long-standing farm relationships, others from new and exciting producers we can’t wait to share. The result is a wide selection that changes with the seasons, giving you everything from comforting daily brews to unique coffees you won’t find anywhere else.
What about flavored coffee?
One thing you won’t find here is flavored coffee. We believe great beans shouldn’t be covered up with artificial flavorings. But we get it — sometimes you want a little something extra. That’s why we offer InBru, a natural flavoring you can add (or not) to any cup, with the freedom to adjust it to your taste.
