From the misty slopes of Kayanza Province in northern Burundi comes Incuti, a fully washed microlot that celebrates both clarity and community. Grown by smallholder farmers at around 1,900 m, these local Bourbon varietals are pulped, floated, fermented, and sun‑dried on raised beds to a clean yet nuanced finish. The cup opens with lemon and dried fig sweetness, evolves into caramel‑chocolate richness, and rounds out with a whisper of spice. It’s a balanced, silky indulgence—great for light or medium roasts, ideal for pour‑over or drip brewers.
Our calculator assumes 8oz cup with 10g coffee, but you may use more or less depending on your strength preference. This is just an estimation.
