This coffee comes from the Ngura farmer group in Bajawa, on the island of Flores, Indonesia. Grown in rich volcanic soil at high elevations, it carries the hallmark depth and complexity that Flores is known for. The wet-hulled process (a traditional Indonesian method) adds layers of body and earthiness while keeping a clean finish.
In the cup, expect a smooth, full-bodied profile with notes of dark chocolate, baking spice, and sweet cedar, rounded by a mild fruitiness that balances the richness. It’s a bold yet approachable coffee—perfect for those who love a comforting, grounded cup with just enough intrigue to keep you coming back.
Our calculator assumes 8oz cup with 10g coffee, but you may use more or less depending on your strength preference. This is just an estimation.
