Drop shipped products are not fulfilled in store by The Coffee Roaster. Instead, these items are printed on demand by Printful and sent directly to your home. Shipping times will vary.
If there is a problem with any drop shipped order, please let us know within 4 weeks of receiving the item. Refunds cannot be given in store, instead we will file a problem report with Printful and do our best to help resolve the problem. For more information about the return policy, click here.
We are interested in drop shipping merchandise so that we can offer a wider variety of apparel and experiment with more designs than we could in store. If any issues arise, please contact us first so we can do resolve the issue.
